2022 Kia EV6 Warranty

With an appealing exterior, mid-pack pricing, and a range that exceeds 300 miles, the Kia EV6 hopes to convert more customers to electric vehicles.

2022 Kia EV6

Images of the sleek Kia EV6 in the media give the impression of a taut, muscular hatchback. However, approaching the Kia in person quickly dispelled that notion. The Kia is, indeed, a few inches lower and shorter than its Hyundai electric sibling. It's also nearly 170 pounds lighter. The EV6, on the other hand, is surprisingly long and spacious. The scale and proportions are appropriate for family duties that a waggon would have performed in previous generations.

2022 Kia EV6 Warranty

Kia offers one of the industry's best warranty plans. Unfortunately, unlike Hyundai, it does not include any free scheduled maintenance.

The warranty is valid for five years or 60,000 miles.

The powertrain warranty is valid for ten years or 100,000 miles.

There is no free scheduled maintenance.

Kia outperformed that stumbling block, with rear-wheel-drive models equipped with the larger 77.4-kilowatt-hour battery achieving an estimated range of 310 miles. Forget that 300 miles is far in excess of most American drivers' daily needs, or that the all-wheel-drive variant drops to 274 miles—and the more affordable 58-kWh version earns a 232-mile rating. The promotion of a 300-mile range option is an invitation to worry-free electric mobility.
