2021 Land Rover Discovery Safety

The 2021 Land Rover Discovery is rated at 18 mpg city and 24 mpg highway, which aren't too difficult for me to meet. It's not spectacular, but it outperforms the previous supercharged 3.0-liter, which was rated at 16 city and 21 highway.

2021 Land Rover Discovery Safety

The Discovery has not been tested by either of the leading safety organisations in the United States, but Land Rover offers a comprehensive suite of driver-assistance features. A few features are included as standard, but the majority will necessitate an upgrade to an optional package. Land Rover also offers a novel 360-degree exterior camera system that provides a view of what is directly under the front end of the Discovery—the area blocked from view by the hood—and is intended to improve off-road safety. The following are important safety features:

Automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection is standard.

Lane-keeping assistance is available.

Adaptive cruise control is available.

The starting price for the 2021 Land Rover Discovery R-Dynamic S is $63,250 (including destination), which isn't bad for everything that comes standard, but if you want to keep the price as low as possible, the base Discovery is $55,250.

That puts the 2021 Land Rover Discovery in a nice little sweet spot, straddling the line between posh mall-crawler and potent rock-crawler, and a slew of updates for 2021 make this three-row SUV even more appealing.
