Base XL models include a nontouch display for their infotainment systems as standard. The XLT comes standard with an 8.0-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. It can also be upgraded with a 10-speaker B&O stereo and SiriusXM satellite radio, though after the first three months, a paid subscription is required. The system feels intuitive thanks to a pair of large volume and tuning knobs, as well as other physical buttons on the steering wheel. The rest of the lineup comes with a 12.0-inch touchscreen and Sync 4 software, which includes wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Larger cabs can be outfitted with enough accessory outlets to power a Guns N' Roses concert, as well as up to two 110-volt power points.

The Super Duty lineup for 2022 gets new infotainment features, new exterior and interior colour options, and a new appearance package. The heavy-duty pickup now has a 12.0-inch touchscreen with Ford's Sync 4 software, as well as wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Lariat Sport appearance package adds a color-matched grille, bumpers, and exterior mirrors, as well as black running boards and chrome exhaust tips to models. Atlas Blue has been added to the paint palette. Interior colours for the Lariat trim now include Baja, while Navy Pier and Light Slate have been added to the Limited trim.
