Ford's next-generation SYNC infotainment system employs machine learning to completely personalise each driver's experience; it currently supports three driver profiles and one guest. The software is run by the Mustang Mach-E via a vertically mounted 15.5-inch touchscreen, which provides easy access to the system's array of apps and features. Ford will roll out over-the-air updates over time, constantly improving the system and adding new content, which is a benefit of the system. Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot, and a Bang & Olufsen audio system are among the highlights.

A Ford charge station, which can replenish 32 miles per hour and recharge the battery overnight, can also be ordered online and installed by certified electricians.
