2022 Ford F-150 Raptor Interior

Few vehicles have the breadth of capability that the F-150 Raptor does: it's spacious, high-tech, capable of towing and hauling, and sporty not only on pavement but also on nearly any off-road surface.

Ford set out to make this Raptor even better than it already was. Many hardware components are unique to the Raptor and are not found on any other F-150. These attributes allow it to excel on off-road terrain, whether it's sandy, muddy, or strewn with rocks. The 2021 Raptor Four Wheeler Pickup Truck of the Year was awarded for its performance on all terrains. Meanwhile, it's remarkably composed on the road, with ride and handling that belie its massive size.

The cabin of the Raptor has the same design layout and passenger space as the regular F-150 SuperCrew. The high-performance version includes a 12.0-inch digital gauge cluster as standard, as well as more interior storage space and, according to Ford, nicer materials. The new steering wheel features a laser-etched logo and a race car-style orange mark at 12 o'clock; prominent aluminium paddle shifters remain hidden behind the spokes.

Along with the standard aluminium interior trim, the Raptor can be ordered with optional carbon-fiber interior accents and aggressively bolstered Recaro front bucket seats. The extended cab (a.k.a. SuperCab) body style of the high-flying pickup will no longer be available. At the very least, the SuperCrew crew cab version has more backseat space. It is compatible with a 5.5-foot cargo box.
