If you thought getting a new Ford Bronco was difficult, the 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor is about to excite SUV enthusiasts even more. Taller, wider, and more powerful than the standard Bronco, it's the work of Ford Performance and, according to the automaker, the most powerful street-legal Bronco so far.

The Bronco lacks a V-8 engine, but the Raptor has an extra-powerful twin-turbo 3.0-liter V-6 that produces more than 400 horsepower. The engine is only available with a 10-speed automatic transmission and an advanced four-wheel-drive system with selectable G.O.A.T (Goes Over Any Type of Terrain) modes.

The Ford Bronco Raptor also has a beefier suspension setup than the standard model to handle powering over sand dunes or being jumped through the air, as well as a much wider track designed for better high-speed stability. The Raptorized Bronco comes standard with Fox adaptive dampers from the F-150 Raptor and 37-inch BFGoodrich K02 all-terrain tyres. The SUV can also tow up to 4500 pounds.
