2020 Cadillac CT5 Warranty

The all-new 2020 Cadillac CT5 fails to impress in the face of stiff competition in the luxury midsize car segment. Although it has a pleasant ride, it is not particularly enjoyable to drive, the cabin is made of low-quality materials, and there is a lack of space. You'd be better off with almost any other car in the class, or you could spend your money on a luxury vehicle from a different segment.

2020 Cadillac CT5 Warranty and Maintenance Coverage

The Cadillac CT5's warranty coverage is more generous than that of many of the German sports sedans with which it competes, particularly in the powertrain warranty, where it outperforms the 3-series and Mercedes-Benz C-class by two years or 20,000 miles. Better warranties are available in the entry-luxury market, specifically the Genesis G70 and Kia Stinger, which both provide longer limited and powertrain warranties. The Genesis even includes three years of complimentary scheduled maintenance, whereas the Cadillac only includes the first visit for free.

The limited warranty lasts four years or 50,000 miles.

The powertrain warranty is valid for 6 years or 70,000 miles.

For the first visit, maintenance is provided at no cost.
