2020 Cadillac CT5 Interior

Cadillac addressed some of the CTS's interior flaws with the CT5, which features more user-friendly controls and a simpler design. Unfortunately, it also introduced new issues, the most notable of which is the poor quality of its interior materials, which appear unworthy of the Cadillac CT5's position as a luxury vehicle. Premium Luxury models include a nice open-pore wood trim that elevates the interior design, but it coexists with cheap black plastic that appears lifted from the plebian Chevrolet Malibu family sedan.

Although the rear seat is more spacious than in the Cadillac  CTS, rivals such as the Acura TLX and the Volvo S60 both feel more spacious for adults. However, all three have trunks that are roughly the same size and can accommodate five of our carry-on suitcases.

The interior of the new Cadllac CT5 features some nice touches, such as upholstery stitching and optional carbon fibre trim. Nonetheless, many hard plastics detract from this Caddy's luxury quotient.

Cargo Space in the 2020 Cadillac CT5

The trunk of the Cadillac CT5 is smaller than that of nearly all other luxury midsize cars, measuring only 11.9 cubic feet. Size isn't the only disadvantage here; the cargo hold is narrow, so larger items are unlikely to fit.
